Restore missing teeth naturally with fixed dental bridges at PRALASH Dermystique & Dentique, HRBR Layout. Durable, natural-looking and permanently cemented — no removal required.
A dental bridge is a fixed prosthesis used to replace one or more missing teeth by anchoring to the adjacent teeth (called abutments) on either side of the gap. The artificial tooth (or teeth) that fills the gap is called a pontic — typically made of porcelain, zirconia or a combination of materials to match natural teeth.
Unlike dentures, bridges are permanently cemented and cannot be removed. They restore chewing function, prevent neighbouring teeth from shifting and maintain the natural shape of your face. At PRALASH, bridges are designed with precision digital planning and crafted from premium materials for a seamless, long-lasting result.
We examine the gap, the health of adjacent teeth and jawbone. X-rays confirm bone support and guide the bridge design and material selection.
Abutment teeth on either side of the gap are reduced to create space for the bridge crowns that will be cemented over them.
Impressions or digital scans are taken and shade is selected. A temporary bridge is placed to protect prepared teeth while the permanent one is fabricated in the lab.
You wear a temporary bridge for 5–10 days while the permanent one is crafted. This protects sensitivity and maintains aesthetics during fabrication.
The permanent bridge is tried in, checked for fit, bite and aesthetics, and permanently cemented. Your new tooth is fixed, functional and natural-looking.
The most common type — crowns on both adjacent teeth with a pontic in between. Suitable for gaps with healthy supporting teeth on both sides.
Supported by a crown on only one side — used when a supporting tooth exists on only one side of the gap. Less common due to higher stress on the abutment.
A conservative option — the pontic is held by metal or resin wings bonded to the back of adjacent teeth. Minimal tooth preparation required.
Anchored on dental implants instead of natural teeth. Ideal for replacing multiple consecutive missing teeth without involving healthy neighbouring teeth.
Cost depends on number of units, bridge type and material. Full quote after clinical evaluation.

Lab-processed bridges are typically ready within 5–7 working days, minimising the time you spend in a temporary.
